Service

Reel Estate Studio creates property marketing videos from photographs and other material supplied or approved by the client. AI-assisted tools may be used. Generated motion can introduce minor visual variations; the client must review the final video before publishing it as a representation of a property.

Client material and rights

The client confirms that they have the rights and permissions required to provide and use the photographs, logos, text and other material submitted for the project.

Price and order

The applicable price and scope are those presented to and accepted by the client at the time of order. Sending material for an initial review does not by itself create a paid order.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery timing, formats and included revisions are confirmed for the relevant offer or order. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.

Portfolio and promotion

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before production, the client authorises Reel Estate Studio to display the final creation, or extracts from it, as examples of its work on its website, portfolio, social-media channels and promotional material. This does not transfer ownership of the client’s underlying photographs to Reel Estate Studio.

Consumer orders

Where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply, they take precedence over these terms. Any required information concerning cancellation or withdrawal rights, including any request to begin personalised work during an applicable withdrawal period, must be provided and accepted as part of the ordering process.

Third-party tools

The service may rely on third-party software, hosting, file-transfer and AI tools. Temporary outages or changes to those services can affect production or delivery.
